Daily lessons on how to achieve each strategy above will give you all the help you need in absorbing these practices into your daily life. For example, to help avoid temptation (Week One Strategy), identifying your triggers is included as a daily lesson. Start (or re-start) THM for the final time. Let me help you answer the "HOW?" in your THM Journey.
