Nice to meet you and thank you for coming here!  My name is Stephanie Bright, Trim Healthy Mama (THM) Certified Lifestyle Coach.  I'm known as Shortcut Suzy in the THM FB Community. I've been a Certified Coach since the program launched in 2018 and have been on plan since 2017.  This healthy way of eating changed my life.  Now, I'm here to do the same for you!  Offering personalized individual coaching as well as group coaching for beginners, "begin-againers" and veterans, you're sure to find the right program for you.  I'm committed to your success by showing you how to integrate the THM way of eating into YOUR lifestyle.

My Story

It's 2017. . . . I've been doing the Keto Diet for 6 months and I've only shed 5lbs. - - which were shed in the first 10 days that I started this awful diet.  I'm grumpy all the time, I miss fruit and I'm still overweight.  I have a vacation coming up in May and I want to feel confident in my bikini and summer clothes, so it looks like I'll be forking over another $400 on supplements for another crash course of Advocare.  My third session of 28 days of deprivation, limited calories and bland food will guarantee a quick drop of 15-20lbs before my trip, that will immediately return when I start eating my favorite foods again.  How long will my willpower hold out this time?  I am desperate to find a long-term weight management solution.  Because I've been a Yo-Yo Dieter since high school and I've tried all.the.things.

Enter Trim Healthy Mama.  In May 2017, I discovered this new way of eating and ordered the Trim Healthy Mama Plan Book.  I started studying and was immediately intrigued.  I wasn't sure if this plan would work for me, but an eating plan that encouraged fats & carbs was worth a shot (because I LOVE both) !  I started eating the THM way on 07/05/17 and have never looked back!  I slowly and steadily shed over 40lbs in 12 months.  And the scale was still moving!  Not to mention my overall health and wellness was the best it's ever been.  I didn't realize how crummy I felt all the time until I didn't feel that way anymore.  I struck gold and had to share the news with the world!!  So, in June 2018 when the Trim Healthy Coaching Program launched, I immediately started my own business, What If U Could Healthy Lifestyle Coaching, and become a Certified THM Lifestyle Coach.  THM Coaching became my passion in addition to my regular full time job as an Office Manager.

Then came 2019, and BOOM!  I'm pregnant for the first time.  I stayed true to Trim Healthy Mama throughout my pregnancy and gained at least 55lbs (I stopped looking at the scale when I hit that benchmark).  Shortly thereafter, my son was born on October 28th and a major life change began.  With my husband's encouragement, I decided to stay home full time with my son instead of heading back to work.  I am blessed to have been afforded this opportunity and relished in my new role as a Mom all the while eating the THM way.  That 55+lbs melted away gradually and I was back at goal weight! Through COVID-19 to present, this way of eating is a constant in our lives because we actively integrate the THM Plan into our lifestyle, whether working full time outside the home to being a SAHM. The THM Plan is dynamic and freeing.  Our lives change and we tweak the plan to match.  I'm here to help you integrate this way of eating into YOUR lifestyle too!  Let's take the leap together on the journey to a healthier you!
